Babka coffee a small business from Delhi to Goa’s Anjuna.
We were in Goa, during the hot summers of April 2024. Our college friends stay at Goa, one of them works from home, while the other is a onlinepreneur. 😀
My husband and I are, coffee lovers, during summers it is americano or iced mocha and in the winters mostly cappuccino.
So while in Goa, we were hunting for a good coffee place, we ran across Babka on our way to Vagator
Trivia fact about Goa on Vagator beach name (Vagh-a-tor ; Wagh in Marathi translates to Tiger, so Vagator was tiger’s place now a party place :D)
We were excited to see the different coffee blends from India, it shows they’ve tried and tested the best coffee flavor to suit their customers.
The coffee flavor is mesmerizing, the aroma and the flavor etches into your memory, telling you, “I need to come here one more time before I leave Goa”
Beyond coffee, there is sweet delight to compliment the coffee. I tried the no-flour chocolate cake, it was tasty and was guilt-free. Loved the presentation of the pastries and their experimental baking, it reflects that these products are built from passion rather than a cake or coffee business.
The decor was black, usually we don’t see such a decor for a coffee shop. But the aesthetics were in place, that countered the colourful bakery pastries on the display, hmm, lot of thought there too.
Support small business, for they have to offer their art and passion, through their products. I know it can be costly, but hey, there’s so much personalization and hardwork. We all can save some pennies to support them, can’t we?
